Did someone say truffles? Not the chocolate ones, but the savory and earthy little things used to zest up burgers.
Look no further because Shake Shack is using the real deal black truffle oil on some of its menu items starting on Oct. 15.
The two new black truffle items include a black truffle burger and parmesan garlic fries with black truffle sauce. Shake Shack’s black truffle sauce on each item consists of a Regalis Foods oil made from Spanish black truffles and extra virgin olive oil.
Those with the Shack App will have early access to both menu items starting today, Oct. 12.
