Asana Partners are now the owners of The Hill shopping center.
JLL Capital Markets announced Aug. 16 that former owners EB Arrow had officially closed the sale on the 240,000 square-foot retail center in the Lake Highlands area.
The Hill has undergone renovations as part of a redevelopment project for several years and is home to more than 30 shops, restaurants and fitness and service providers, including Wok Star Chinese, Casa Verona and Civil Pour. More updates are planned by Asana Partners, including upgrades to existing buildings and the courtyard, The Dallas Morning News reports.
The new owners also have a goal of eventually creating a mixed-use community with a “full range of amenities” at The Hill, Brad Kantrowitz of Asana Partners said in a statement to the DMN.
North Carolina-based Asana Partners also owns properties in Deep Ellum and Victory Park, as well as Austin and Houston.
