“I’m grateful and humbled to be named a 2021 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree,” shared Norris on Facebook after the announcement. “When I see the number 40, I can’t help but think of the 40+ people that have come alongside me in our Fotolanthropy journey to produce inspiring true stories. This honor is truly a team one and is only possible by our incredible team, the brave families we serve, and my encouragers along the way.”

“7 Yards: The Chris Norton Story,” Fotolanthropy’s latest film, was recently picked up by Netflix and began showing on the streaming service earlier this year. “Travis: A Soldier’s Story” and “The Luckiest Man” are available to rent directly from the Fotolanthropy site.

DBJ’s judging panel, comprised of 40 Under 40 alumni, vetted 400 nominations before selecting 20 men and 20 women making an impression in North Texas. Norris and the other winners will be honored at a virtual event July 20. Tickets are $35 and available here.
