Wok Star Chinese expects to open its dining room May 28 in Lake Highlands. The restaurant began serving food via takeout and third-party delivery in late April.
Wok Star Chinese is located at The Hill, 8041 Walnut Hill Lane, Ste. 854, Dallas, and offers traditional Chinese food as part of an American-style concept, according to the restaurant’s website.
An extensive menu includes hand-made dumplings, bao buns, hand-pulled La Mian noodles and noodle soups, as well as seafood, chicken, pork, beef and vegetarian entree options.
The dine-in portion of the restaurant is waiting on the completion of a cocktail bar. Future drink menu highlights include a bubble smoke Mandarin Martini and other craft cocktails.
