Barking Hound Village Texas will enter the Lake Highlands scene with both an open house and grand opening event in June. The luxury dog hotel will be located at 7610 Greenville Ave., next to the recently opened Calloway’s Nursery.
Barking Hound Village’s daycare services include play groups, indoor and outdoor play areas and photo and video uploads of canine activities to Facebook and Instagram for pet parents to stay updated. Boarding options include luxury furnished suites and flat screens with Animal Planet playing during pet stays. The Lake Highlands location will include design inspiration from places such as Royal Oaks Country Club and Viceroy Hotels, according to an April 27 release. Bathing services and a small retail selection will also be available.
The open house will take place June 5, with a grand opening event following on June 7.
