Lake Highlands Junior High School counselor Marsha Hardin was one of two winners for Richardson ISD’s Counselor of the Year.
During National School Counseling Week, RISD administrators surprised Hardin and Forestridge Elementary School counselor Erin Price as this year’s counselors of the year.
