As of Tuesday morning, there are 46 active coronavirus cases among Richardson ISD students and employees in the Lake Highlands feeder pattern.
This is a 12-case decrease from last week and a three-case increase since RISD resumed classes for the spring semester two weeks ago.
RISD has reported the number of lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 at each school and central location since the school year began Aug. 19.
As of 9:21 a.m. Jan. 19, there are 108 active student cases, a 64-case decrease from last week. There are 33 active employee cases districtwide, a 30-case decrease since last week.
RISD has had a total of 1,138 student cases and 506 employee cases since the start of the school year.
