Looking for the hippest Halloween costume? Trot on down to Cavender’s Boot City for a pearl button shirt and dress up as Ryan Berg, that chair-turning singer on NBC’s The Voice.
After country star Blake Shelton mentioned how he loved Berg’s “straight out of Cavender’s look,” the Western clothing store posted his performance and the judge’s banter on their Facebook page.
“Blake Shelton knows good style when he sees it,” wrote reps from the 55-year old chain founded in Pittsburg, Texas with 85 stores around the country. “Congratulations to The Voice and East Dallas’ own Ryan Berg on joining Team Gwen! Let us know when you’re ready to hit up one of our Dallas stores!”
You can’t get the t-shirt Gwen Stefani shot Berg when she pledged him to Team Gwen, but you can show your support wearing Cavender duds while you cheer the Lake Highlands High grad on in the battle round. The store, newly opened in the former Golf Galaxy space near Best Buy, is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 9390 N. Central Expressway. Go Ryan!
