This Thursday, Taco Joint’s “Big B” stands for both burrito and band. The popular gathering place known for Mexican food and cerveza fria is hosting Spirit Night for the Lake Highlands High School band, kicking back a percentage of sales to the school’s music program.
In addition to the “Big B,” which features your choice of grilled meat, refried beans and other fresh goodies stuffed into an enormous 14-inch tortilla, you can order Taco Joint’s signature salads, yummy tortilla soup, veggie burritos or breakfast all day.

Spirit Night runs from 3:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 8 and includes dine in or take out service. With this week’s fab weather, your best bet is likely Taco Joint’s big patio.
