A man is accused of intentionally starting a fire inside a townhome, damaging the entire complex.
Dallas Fire Rescue was called at 4 a.m. Sunday to a fire at Holly Hill Townhomes in the 7200 block of Holly Hill Drive.
Residents of the complex were able to evacuate, and no injuries were reported.
Six homes were damaged. Investigators figured out that the fire was started by one of the residents.
The man admitted to igniting a fire inside his townhome and calling 911 from a nearby convenience store.
He was arrested and charged with arson.
