A 13-year-old and 14-year-old were arrested for carjacking a man while he was on the roof of the car. He suffered critical injuries.
Early Friday morning, three teenagers took a man’s vehicle and drove away near Audelia Road and Walnut Street.
The owner of the car was hanging on the roof of the car for more than a mile before falling off. The 38-year-old man was taken to a hospital with severe head injuries and is currently on life support, CBS reports.
The three teenage carjackers were found by DPD’s Project Safe Neighborhood unit and taken into custody.
