Did you miss August’s shredding event? Here’s another chance.
The Northeast Division of the Dallas Police Department is hosting another free shredding event with the Lake Highlands Public Improvement District.
The event is Sept. 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Scofield Church. The address is 7730 Abrams Rd.
The drive-thru event will allow people to shred items like paper, paper clips, hanging files, manila folders and notebooks.
They will not be able to shred 3-ring binders, plastic, x-rays, batteries, key fobs, remote controls, electronics and trash.
