Nazca Kitchen owner Craig Collins owned HQ Prime Garden, formerly known as Red Hot and Blue Barbecue, which closed late last year. The restaurant inside of The Hill Shopping Center closed unexpectedly, leaving customers with unfulfilled Thanksgiving orders. Employees left their positions with little notice.
