TopGolf closed its doors in March due to coronavirus but have reopened since then. The Lake Highlands location is open with new COVID-19 safety protocols.

These protocols include plastic dividers between every golfing bay and table. TopGolf is enforcing social distancing in public guest areas.  Masks must be worn at all times in the lobby, bar, restaurant, walkways and restrooms. Customers can take off masks at their reserved bay.

Employees will wear masks and gloves, and clean all bays, computers, clubs and balls between use, according to CultureMap.

The company is also introducing a new game that will incorporate imagery from Angry Birds, a popular gaming app.

The golf experience uses Topgolf’s ball-tracing technology to “blend the physical act of hitting a golf ball with Angry Birds’ digital setting.” Here’s a preview:
