Texas home sales saw a significant drop since COVID-19 hit, but Dallas real estate has some good news.

The median house sale price in February was at $287,000 and stayed steady until the end of May, slightly increasing to $311,250.

The largest drops appeared on new home listings in Dallas, starting out at 1,697 in February and dropping to a low point in April. New home listings then raised to 1,818 in June.

For zip codes 75218, 75243, 75231 and 75238, number of sales have increased from February to June, as well as average sales price, according to data from Melissa Lookups.
