Police have arrested the Sunday morning shooter

Dallas police have arrested a man for killing a woman Sunday morning in Lake Highlands.

About 5:30 a.m., officers were called to the Lavera apartment complex on Audelia near Walnut Hill, where they found 25-year-old Lachandra Renee Delce with multiple gunshot wounds. She died at the hospital.

Police arrested Tayjoun Anquwan Kibble, 21, and charged him with murder.
