Demonstrators are planning to park in the Norbuck parking lot before walking to the areas around Flag Pole Hill and the DPD from 1-5 p.m. to stage their protest. It is not known whether the group plans to shut down traffic as others have done in previous protests in Dallas, but travelers should be advised.
