After 35 years as a mail carrier and 30 years delivering mail to homes in Lake Highlands, Andres Garcia retired.
On Thursday, June 18, neighbors threw Garcia a surprise retirement parade. Children lined up with posters and gave Garcia a “Best Mailman” trophy.
