TLC Vegan Kitchen was launched in April by vegan chef Troy Gardner, best known for his vegan restaurant V-Eats Modern Vegan.

Ghost kitchens don’t have a brick and mortar location, instead they use a shared kitchen space so food is available through delivery and pickup only.

Gardner is using Revolving Kitchen, a commercial kitchen that rents out its facilities to chefs, and is located at 520 Shepherd Dr., Culture Map reports.

“We are Dallas area’s first delivery & curbside pick-up craft vegan kitchen, expect savory & sweets on the menu, from his famous oyster mushrooms disguised like chicken but always happily mushrooms found on the various TLC pizzas, topped with homemade cashew mozzarella and more, the mouthwatering lava cake or banana foster pudding to his Texas award-winning chili,” says the TLC website.

TLC stands for “Tastes like Chicken.” Check out their full menu here.

They are open from Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m.

TLC can deliver within a 7-mile radius and delivery is available through third-party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats.
