LHWL President Heather Haskins (in red) and 2019 Home Tour Chairs Tammy Williams and Tricia White

Lake Highlands Women’s League members awarded $99,000 in college scholarships to 39 graduating seniors this month. The application process was complicated by COVID-19 and the abrupt end of the school year, but league members were determined to locate and honor deserving candidates. Some applicants were interviewed by Zoom teleconference, and some responded to email interview questions.
