Bryant has been involved in multiple on-campus organizations and has served as a Harbert College of Business senator, a Panhellenic Council member, a War Eagle Girl, a Camp War Eagle counselor and an undergraduate research assistant.

After her win, she told writers at the school newspaper she was grateful for the way students at the university had accepted her.

“Being that random girl from Texas who ended up in Southeastern Alabama, just even being Top 5 is the biggest honor. And then to have random people rally for you and be there for you has been absolutely fantastic.”

Miss Auburn serves as the official hostess of the university, representing Auburn to the student body, alumni, prospective students and the community. As a female ambassador, she embodies the spirit of Auburn.

“This week we’ve just kind of been challenging people to step outside their comfort zones,” said Bryant of campaign week,” and I think as the official hostess of the University, that’s something that role can really do.”

Leading Auburn’s election process was senior Lauren Urban. The LHHS 2016 graduate serves as executive director of elections for the university.

Bryant’s proud parents are Graham and Ellen Bryant, and LH neighbors Bill and Heather Haskins are her aunt and uncle. LH residents Gerald and Linda Bryant are her grandparents.
