Illegal gambling machines seized on Skillman Street

One week after shutting down an illegal gambling operation on Greenville Avenue, members of the Dallas Police Department’s Vice and SWAT units raided a similar criminal outfit on Skillman Monday. Both undercover investigations began with complaints about gambling, police said.

Vice detectives executing a search warrant found 53 illegal gambling machines, including so-called 8-liners, at 9560 Skillman Suite 104 north of LBJ. They also seized $17,574 in cash.
