The space will be home to the Borden Business Support Center and house 150 employees. Chance could not confirm the headquarters move, saying only that it was a pending transaction in active discussion, according to Dallas Business Journal.

Borden said it filed for bankruptcy because it cannot afford its debt load and its pension obligations. It has 3,300 employees, 22% of whom are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, according to CNN.
