A 43-year-old man died and another was taken into custody after a shooting at a convenience store Tuesday.
Erick Blakely was taken to a hospital in critical condition and died later after a shooting that occurred around 5:15 p.m. in the 8100 block of Forest Lane, according to Dallas News.
Devonte Miles was arrested early Wednesday morning and faces a murder charge, he is in Dallas County Jail on $250,000 bond.
