Councilman Adam McGough appointed Robb Stewart to serve again as D10 Representative on the Parks and Recreation Board.
“[Stewart] is a huge asset to our District 10, our entire city, and I’m consistently thankful for his thoughtful leadership,” McGough said on Facebook.
Stewart is the current vice president of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board. He is also a lawyer at the firm Locke Lord. His focus is real estate law and he was listed as one of “The Best Lawyers in America.”
He is known for advocating for RISD students in 2017 when the city of Dallas created the Dallas United Crew boathouse proposal. He worked to make sure RISD students were included, pointing out that 60% of students lived in Dallas.
