One90 Smoked Meats will move into Lakeridge Village

USA Today recently named One90 Smoked Meats one of the top ten barbecue spots in the Metroplex, and when the Food Network’s Guy Fieri visited with his Diners, Drive-ins and Dives television show crew, he declared their brisket uniquely tender and juicy.

“You don’t even need a knife,” Fieri said of One90 chef-owner Kyle St. Clair’s creation. “You can cut that with a bad look.”

If you’ve never been to One90’s shop at Northwest Highway and Easton, don’t fret. The small-batch craft meats joint is preparing to shift even closer to the heart of Lake Highlands. They’ll move into the former Atomic Pie space in Lakeridge Village mid-fall.

One90’s menu includes poblano sausage, baby back ribs, pulled pork and beef jerky, and they smoke salmon, bison, lamb, duck and other meats and cheeses. They offer sandwiches, salads and tacos, and their catering packages include buffet meals or box lunches.

One90 is still open at their current location, 10240 E. Northwest Highway, Tues.-Sat. from 11-8 and Sunday from 11-5. They close on Monday. Lakeridge Village is at Walnut Hill and Audelia.
