First Watch opens Monday at Lake Highlands Town Center

First Watch opens Monday

First Watch officially opens Monday at the Lake Highlands Town Center. The café, which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 2:30 p.m. daily. The decor is country chic, and a long patio offers outdoor dining.

A soft opening for “friends and family” will be held this Saturday and Sunday, with proceeds going to charity. Weekend diners will give cooks, hosts and waiters in training a chance to refine their skills before the grand opening on July 1.

You can view the full First Watch menu here and follow the new restaurant on Facebook here.

First Watch is located on the Town Center’s north end at 9285 Lookout Point. Another First Watch is under construction at Abrams and Northwest Highway.
