LHHS placed first out of 75 area high schools after welcoming speakers on topics such as the legacy of the Holocaust, global sustainability, human rights and migrants and refugees. In December, the group hosted a shoe drive benefiting vulnerable children at the Buckner Center for Humanitarian Aid and encouraged online donations to the Roma Foundation, which provides rain boots for needy children all over the world.

Congratulations, LHHS JWAC!
