Dallas police arrested a 25-year-old man who reportedly raped a woman in a portable restroom in the 12000 block of Willowdell Drive in Hamilton Park.
Jon Vega drove the victim to the restroom, according to the Dallas Morning News. The victim told police Vega broke into the restroom, hit her repeatedly and raped her. After escaping, she told a witness she’d been assaulted.
Vega said he didn’t care if they called 911 before speeding away in a truck, the Morning News reported. Police later found him asleep in his truck near U.S. 75 and Forest Lane.
Vega, who was on probation for aggravated robbery, is in jail with bail set at $150,000.
