Another popular nationwide chain has opened in our neighborhood, and it’s one that may delight doughnut and coffee connoisseurs.
The Massachusetts-based chain Dunkin’ has arrived at 6401 E. Northwest Highway, according to CultureMap. It’s one of three new locations in DFW.
Formerly Dunkin’ Donuts, the chain rebranded itself to attract “new audiences as being not just a doughnut shop,” Nathan Pressler, who does marketing, told CultureMap.
“It’s also about the coffee and the beverage variety,” he said. “We revamped our espresso platform with new equipment and a much higher quality product, to become more competitive with coffee places. Dunkin’ is about coffee and beverages. You can get a great quality coffee beverage and spend less money and still have a great experience.”
All Dunkin’ locations in Dallas will offer guests a free medium hot or iced coffee Tuesday, Jan. 15, according to a news release.
