Cellular phones were a new invention, Space Invaders launched a video game craze and the first Test Tube Baby was born 40 years ago. That’s also when David Wood (English), Jaqueline Pendarves (Social Studies) and John Moore (Technology) arrived on the Lake Highlands High School campus to begin teaching students and changing lives forever.

LHHS will honor all three at a “Doctorate of Experience Commencement” ceremony in the LHHS library at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3.

The public is invited, and former students, parents and teachers are especially encouraged to attend. You may RSVP to briana.troy@risd.org.
