The Lupners will perform at Sunday in the Park Nov. 4
If you show up to Sunday in the Park at 5 o’clock this weekend at the Lake Highlands Town Center, you’ll have missed half the fun. Saturday night we fall forward for Daylight Savings Time, so organizers have shifted the concert to 4-6 p.m. to take advantage of the change.
Performing on the outdoor stage will be the Lupners, known and loved in the neighborhood for playing everything from the Eagles to Willie Nelson to K.C. and the Sunshine Band. During their breaks, Lake Highlands’ own Wildcat Wranglers will boot scoot n’ boogie as they prepare for their upcoming trip to London.
Bring your picnic dinner or buy something to go from town center restaurants Taco Diner, Fish City Grill, Jersey Mike’s, Sprouts or Yogurtland. The concert is free, but don’t forget your low-rise folding chairs or blankets for seating.
