Goodies from Jenny Van Der Kar’s Stag and Hen will be featured on CMT’s Bachelorette Weekend

CMT will debut their new series, “Bachelorette Weekend,” Thursday, with crazy – sometimes bawdy – bachelorette experiences created by a Nashville-based company for clients looking for one last fling. If you tune in, keep an eye out for party swag from Lake Highlands High 2007 grad Jenny Van Der Kar, founder and creator of Stag & Hen.

We wrote last year about Jenny’s online retail shop, which she founded after graduating from the University of Texas and moving to Atlanta. Bachelorette destination weekends have become an industry all their own, Jenny says, and she searches the world over to provide decorations, wine tumblers, “dare cards,” sunglasses and anything else needed to get the party started. Jenny took her business’ name from trips to the U.K., where such celebrations are called “Stag Dos” and “Hen Parties,” and her goal is to help party planners add a bit of the bride’s personality to the fun.

You can catch Bachelorette Weekend on CMT at 10 p.m. Dallas time Thursday nights beginning Aug. 2.
