A kayaker discovered a body Saturday in White Rock Creek near 6900 Merriman Parkway.
The kayaker reported the body to emergency responders at about 7:30 p.m., according to the Dallas Police Department. After Dallas Fire-Rescue pulled the body ashore, it was given to the Dallas County Medical Examiner for autopsy.
The body and cause of death have not yet been determined, police say.
