Highlander kids work on a kite-flying project

If you’re ready to help your little one put down the screen and revive his or her imagination this summer, Highlander School has an app for that a camp for that. Highlander will host Fairy Tales Camp for 4 and 5 year olds, and the magical week of learning and fun is open to students from all schools.

Highlander teachers and children will explore a different fairy tale each day through art, music and hands-on activities, allowing visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners to be creative and expressive as they enjoy timeless stories. A downloadable form is available here, and dates are May 29-June 1 from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost is $120.
