Burgerim and fries
When leasing agents at Creekside announced the coming of Alamo Drafthouse, they hinted that numerous restaurants were soon to follow. Bahama Buck’s opened over the summer, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop opened Thursday, and now Burgerim has put signs in windows in the space next to Alamo.
Burgerim is a fast casual concept that began in 2011 in Tel Aviv, Israel. They sell franchises all over the world, including existing stores in Town East Mall and Lubbock and a soon-to-open restaurant at the Allen Outlet Mall. Their burger menu offers a choice of meats, including beef, turkey, lamb, salmon and falafel, and their fries are a circular medallion similar to a poker chip. They also offer salads, chicken wings and chicken strips.

No word yet on an opening date. Alamo opens tomorrow/Tuesday.
