Lake Highlands-area students will perform in ‘Getting to Know The Sound of Music’

Nine Lake Highlands-area students will be performing “Getting to Know The Sound of Music” with North Texas Performing Arts Dallas (NTPA). The show opens Thursday, March 22.

Cast members from our neighborhood include Annabelle Greenberg, Wallace Elementary, age 7; Finley Waller, Wallace, age 9; Paisley Waller, Wallace, age 11; Grace Henington, White Rock Elementary, age 11; Caroline Fritsche, White Rock, age 11; Meagan Murphy, Scofield Christian School, age 11; Taylor Brooks, Lake Highlands Elementary, age 11 and Sarah and Maddie Schuck, St. Patrick School of Dallas.

Performances at the new North Texas Performing Arts Plano Theater inside Willow Bend Mall run through March 31, and show times vary from 11 a.m.-7:15 p.m. Tickets may be purchased online here.
