Juan Jose Rodriguez, Dallas County Jail
Tuesday night at Wildcat-Ram Stadium, Dallas police arrested a 39-year-old Irving man on a child sex assault charge after a woman, upset at his relationship with a 13-year-old girl, became so enraged at him that she passed out.
Police were called to a Forest Meadow Junior High football game due to an altercation between the woman and Juan Jose Rodriguez. According to an article posted to Dallasnews.com, the woman, who lives with the girl, told police the man was “conversing and texting over the phone” with the juvenile. After police spoke to the girl, who said the two “had sexual intercourse approximately ten times,” Rodriguez was arrested. Further investigation indicated he is also the suspect in the December aggravated sexual assault of another child in Irving.
Rodriguez is being held in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
