It’s final. Congratulations to Richardson ISD’s newest trustee, Karen Clardy, and returners Kristin Kuhne and Justin Bono. With all precincts reporting, Clardy has defeated 3 opponents with 55% of the vote and will not require a runoff. Kuhne defeated challenger Lynn Davenport, earning 54% of the vote.

Early voting results have been released in the Richardson ISD school board election.
Thus far Karen Clardy is winning outright with 56%, and Eric Eager is a distant second with 23% of 5,169 voters casting early ballots. If Clardy receives more than 50% of the vote, no runoff will be held.
In Place 7, the race is closer. Incumbent Kristin Kuhne is ahead of Lynn Davenport 53% to 47%, with 5,497 early votes cast.
Justin Bono was unopposed.
