Lake Highlands Boy Scout Troop 435 celebrated a milestone Sunday – all of its Falcon Patrol members has reached the rank of Eagle Scout.

David Beach, the final Scout to earn the honor, was inspired to become join the program by his classmates at Scofield Christian School. Seven of them formed the core of Den 9, and all would become Eagle Scouts.

For his Eagle Project, David managed a team of 27 Scouts to build two benches and landscape six flower beds outside the front doors of Fellowship Bible Church Dallas. He later received the “God and Life” medal, earned by less than 1% of Boy Scouts.

David’s Eagle Court of Honors ceremony was held at Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church, home of Troop 435.
