“Mrs. Jessie Cramer is a master of all of the ingredients of successful teaching and leadership” said Kerri Jones, principal at FMJH. “Her dedication to education, her dedication to academic preparation and her willingness to do whatever it takes in order to help our students and teachers rise to their full potential is what makes Mrs. Cramer special.”

Half of Cramer’s $10,000 prize will go directly to her and half may be used for professional development or instructional technology. The grant was awarded through the RISD Excellence in Education Foundation.

“I enjoy Ms. Cramer’s class because it is fun and interactive,” gushed Max Busha, one of her 7th grade students. “She is always in a good mood and makes learning exciting. Her class is challenging, but she is always there to help.”

Congratulations, Ms. Cramer, and to all the FMJH staff!
