Ever had a package stolen off your doorstep or contents broken by a clumsy, unaccountable deliveryman (or woman)?
Owners of a new Lake Highlands based business say they formed in an effort to prevent that sort of thing from happening.
Snaparcel is new to the Northlake Professional Building, located at 8533 Ferndale. Co-owner Andrew Pimentel tells us the frequent posts on Nextdoor.com about lost or damaged packages motivated he and his brother to start their package delivery/reception service called Snaparcel.
It will prevent theft and allow people who aren’t home during the day to receive a package to pick it up at their convenience, explains Pimentel, who so far has just a dozen or so, give or take, subscription customers.
He and his business-partner brother are just getting the business off the ground, he says.
