On Sunday the girls decorated Christmas trees at their annual holiday party, and Monday senior Social Committee members delivered the trees to the hospital. Three girls and three boys will be chosen by hospital staff to receive the trees, patients otherwise unlikely to have a Christmas tree.

The Dettes say they have plenty of reasons to celebrate. Last week the team held tryouts for the 55th line, and 50 girls’ names were announced to dance in 2016-17.

Congratulations, all.
