That’s right — Muffinmeow Cafe and Cat Lounge is looking for a home, and the City of Richardson seems to be slightly more open than Dallas to the concept, so local businessman Martin Huang and partner Christine Perry, who is spearheading the project, are honing in on a space near the University of Texas at Dallas, which is less than a 10-minute jaunt from most parts of Lake Highlands.
