This year’s Hearts & Hands Tablescapes Luncheon, benefitting Healing Hands Ministries, promises to be extra special, with nationally-recognized author Christy Wilson Beam set to speak to attendees. Beam, featured this month on the Today Show, wrote Miracles From Heaven. It’s the true story, likened by some to the best-seller Heaven is for Real, of Beam’s family and the miracle they witnessed through their daughter, Annabel.

“No matter how hard things get,” says Beam, “I am now and have been blessed beyond measure, and for that I am so grateful.”

Beam will be on hand to sign and sell her book following her talk.

The 5th annual Tablescapes will be held Friday, May 1 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Wilshire Baptist Church. Designers are still needed to decorate tables and Chef Chris Terry has a delicious menu planned.     Blogger CAROL TOLER and her husband, Toby, are the parents of four LHHS graduates. She completed training with Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation and Inside RISD, and she's a sustaining member of LH Women's League.
