The Lake Highlands High School cheerleaders are hosting a cheer clinic, and they’re inviting all neighborhood Kindergarten thru 8th grade girls to participate. The Saturday, January 24th event goes from 1-4, with check-in starting at 12:30 p.m. in the LHHS small gym. The Wildcat varsity cheer squad will teach jumps, motions, dances and chants, with a “parent show off” during the last 15 minutes of the clinic.

Best of all, attendees will perform with the squad at the January30 Wildcat basketball game in the LHHS gym before a big crowd of cheering supporters.

Early registration is $35 (it’s $40 at the door) and clinic participants should wear t-shirts, shorts and tennis shoes. To receive an emailed registration form, contact Cheer Mom Deb Pendleton at tom.deb.pendleton@sbcglobal.net or Deena Peterson at kevpeterson@sbcglobal.net.
