The project entails adding two independent living buildings, assisted living units, memory care apartments and services, a lifestyle fitness center, a transitional care unit, a chapel, and a central park (pictured above.)

Ron Kelly, executive director of Presbyterian Village North, says that he is excited to be able to add assisted living memory care at the campus.

“As the number of seniors living with Alzheimer’s is increasing, we are seeing a need to add this service to our existing Alzheimer’s program,” he says, via press release.

Once completed, the project will provide more than 150 new jobs in our neighborhood and enable an additional 200 seniors to live on campus.
