Wallace Country Fair
Wallace Elementary families and community members alike are all welcome at the school’s annual fall fundraiser. Visit the North Playground this Saturday from 3-7 p.m. and set the kids loose to enjoy bounce houses, field races, pony rides, petting zoo, live music, hay rides, a live auction, and more. Cost is $15 in advance or $20 at the gate. Email wallace.elementary.pta@gmail.com to purchase in advance.
Moss Haven Madness Carnival
The Moss Haven Elementary School fall carnival will also be held Saturday from 4-7 p.m. Activities include a bounce house, obstacle courses, inflatable slides, Euro Bungee, a zip line, Zorb ball racing and a child-appropriate haunted house. Families can also learn about the kid-friendly farm that Moss Haven Elementary school students tend as a way to learn about agriculture. Food trucks slated to be on site include BellaTrino Neopolitan Pizzeria & Cucina, Samson’s Gourmet Hot Dogs and Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe. Concessions will also include snow cones and popcorn. Trunk or Treat
Visit Lake Highland United Methodist Church’s annual Trunk or Treat for free hot dogs and a safe place for your children to get candy and participate in fun activities this Sunday from 4-6 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are welcome and will go to Feed Lake Highlands.
