Split Seconds, a new exhibit at Bath House Cultural Center, opens with an artist reception Saturday, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. University of Texas at Dallas professors Marilyn Waligore and Emily Loving are co-curators of this exhibit featuring works that reflect on the status of photography in the media age. NorthPark Center hosts “The ABC’s of Back-to-School Style,” a high-energy fashion show for parents and their children ages 6-12 Saturday from 1-4 p.m. Before and after the runway show hair braiding and styling services will be available, along with performances from the Dallas Power House of Dance.
