What’s it like to be bolted to a boring day job but lead an altogether different existence by night and weekend? The subjects in our August cover story, Moonlighters, can tell you. You can see some of them in action right away:

Lake Highlands grad Kevin Fuld, for example, is acting in the Plano Rover Dramawerks Theater’s “Who Was That Lady I Saw You With?” which runs Thursdays-Sundays until Aug. 23. (Note: the print story mistakenly listed Aug. 9).

Also, the play Fuld produced, “Silver Screen Slayer” will run at the Pocket Sandwich Theater Sept. 5-27.

The hilarious Christie Wallace and fiancé Tommy Lee Brown teach improvisation classes at Dallas Comedy House and registration is now open. And remember, improv classes are not just for actors and comedians. As Wallace points out in the story, “Confidence, communication skills and quick thinking, which we learn and teach, are skills you can use in work and daily life.”And it is fun even if you are really really bad at it, like Michael Scott.

Wallace and Lee also appear regularly in DCH shows. Click on their names, above, for a link to their schedules.
